What kitchen access does the venue provide?
Consumed by food_beverage.caterer_full_service.service_style's advisory.
When can vendors arrive?
B-0083(4). `published_constraints` has declared this since slice 1 and NO decision emitted it, so `event_window`'s `bounded_by: [self.venue_access_start, ...]` bounded itself on a constraint that never existed — a bound that silently never applied. Mirrors venue_ceremony, which had it all along.
When can vendors load in?
FAN-OUT. Every day-of instance's load_in block is bounded by this. Changing it flags all of them needs_reconfirm (schema rev 2 §1.4) — never auto-moves them.
When must vendors be out?
Is there a noise curfew or hard end time?
Bounds the reception end and every music/bar instance. Surfaces the contingent overtime line.
Guest capacity
ADVISORY ONLY. A couple may absolutely plan a 180-guest list against a 150 venue; we flag, never block.
Can you bring your own vendors?
This is why bundles are the norm, not an edge case — venues force them.
What's included in the site fee?
Feeds the rentals gap and seeds the inventory sub-model consumed by seating.
Indoor, outdoor, or both?
Rain / contingency plan
Is the space flipped between ceremony and reception?
Only relevant when ceremony and reception share the venue.
Available power
Consumed by band, lighting, and structures instances. Load = catering + band + lighting.
Accessibility

What settles once booked

The working details you and your vendor pin down together.

When is the venue available for walkthroughs?
Final walkthrough scheduled?
What time do they arrive?
The time you agreed together, not an estimate worked back from the ceremony.
What time do they finish?
Who do you call on the day?
The name and cell number of whoever is on site — not the office line.
Where do they come in, and where do they park?
The load-in door or dock, where the vehicles go, and who opens up.
Do they need a meal?
Counts toward your caterer's vendor-meal number.
What balance is due on the day?
Your own figure, from your contract — what is still owed when they arrive.
What gratuity are you planning?
Your own figure. It rides beside the balance on the day-of money sheet.
Where does it move if the weather turns?
Who makes the weather call?
One name. A call two people share is a call nobody makes.
By what time is the call made?
Setup crews need the answer before they start, so this usually lands the morning of.
